Ingredients List

  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 1 cup flour ( I used gluten free flour)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 mins.

  • 6 Seasoning peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

  • Cooked chicken
  • 2 tins chicken broth
