Ingredient List

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk to add to mashed potatoes

    The cake pan you are using – I cannot seem to locate the size. Is it 8″, or perhaps 9′?
