Ingredients List

2 cups of shredded coconut

2 eggs

2 ripe bananas mashed

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp almond essence

Some Cranberries

Bake 350 degrees F. for about 20mins

Ingredients List

Chicken cut into bite size pieces (I used 6 chicken thighs and cut the meat off the bone)

Marinate for the Chicken

1 tbsp of soy sauce (http://amzn.to/2uBgR2J)

1 tsp oyster sauce (http://amzn.to/2u1CA05)

1 tsp corn starch (http://amzn.to/2h5Uaij)

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp baking soda (http://amzn.to/2uAL8yy)

Vegetables I used (you can use whatever you prefer)

String beans

1 Red Bell pepper

1 Carrot

1/2 Red onion

8 cloves of garlic

cilantro

chive

2 eggs

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp fish sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp oyster sauce

White pepper

1/4 tsp sesame oil

Salt

• Beef
• Broccoli
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Piece of ginger
• Sesame seeds
• Chive

Marinate for Beef

• 1 tsp Green seasoning blend (not traditional in this dish) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhTw0Gzp7CQ)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp rice wine
• 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• White pepper

Sauce

• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice cooking wine
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 3 tbsp chicken broth
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp corn starch
• 1/4 green seasoning blend (optional and not traditional to this dish)
